The Masias Maquinaria cushion production lines turn out sofa or outdoor cushions that are comfortable, highly durable and do not lose their shape with continued use. The sofa cushions can be filled with any type of material, either synthetic fibres, foam, recycled materials or mixtures of these.

This type of technology enables us to continuously produce upholstery cushions which are suitable for sofa construction, and whose production capacities can vary from 6 to 8 cushions per minute, with a single operator. The entire sofa cushion production process is based on continuously obtaining a good filling mixture and finding the best filling system inside the cover on the sofa cushion production line.
