Operating platform

Fall-plate

Function
• Support the bottom paper from trough to conveyor.
• Adjustable width and angle.

• Eliminate friction between side paper and foam rise.

Conveyor

Function
• Moves the foam at required speed.
• Transports the foam slab.
• Motor, gear and frequency inverter adjusting speed and keeping constant speed when set.

Foaming tunnel

Ventilation

Walkways

Inspection windows

Function

Paper feed side and bottom

Paper rewind Bottom-paper
