Rokopol F3600 is a polyether polyol, glycerine-based block copolymer on ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. The product is in the form of a homogeneous, clear liquid. The product contains antioxidants (excluding BHT) and is characterized by high purity and low emission. It has a hydroxyl value at 25°C in the range of 45-50 mg KOH / g and has a dynamic viscosity in the range of 540-620 mPas.
Rokopol F3600 can be used for the production of flexible polyurethane foams with a continuous type system (slabstock) or for periodic production (batch). With the use of Rokopol F3600 and appropriately selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents) it is possible to produce blocks of hardened flexible foam with a rectangular cross-section and a height of up to 130 cm. Thanks to its excellent parameters, the product can be widely used in the furniture industry for the production of mattresses and furniture. The main application advantages of Rokopol F3600:
