Rokopol® FS3610

Rokopol FS3610 can be used for the production of flexible polyurethane foams with a continuous system (slabstock) or batch production (batch). Using polyol and appropriately selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents) it is possible to produce blocks of hardened flexible foam with a rectangular cross-section and height of up to 130 cm. Thanks to its excellent parameters, the product can be widely used in the furniture industry for the production of mattresses and furniture that require increased hardness of the foam, as well as in the automotive industry.

Main application advantages of Rokopol FS3610:

• the possibility of producing foams with densities from 16 to 80 kg / m3 at hardness intervals from 2.5 – 7kPa and flexibility up to 40%,
• application of the product ensures the production of foam with a tensile strength above 60 kPa and elongation at break above 50%,
• the possibility of using the product with reactive polymer polyols in order to increase or reduce the hardness of the foam.

The most common applications of Rokopol FS3610:

• production of flexible foams with increased hardness,
• in furniture industry: for the production of mattresses, pillows,
•  production of furniture that requires an increased hardness of foam.

Products manufactured on the basis of Rokopol FS3610 are characterized by very high quality. Thanks to the refined production process, this polyol has excellent parameters and a wide range of possible applications.
