Description

Rokopol G441 is a glycerine-based polyether polyol (polyoxyalkylene triol) in the form of a homogeneous, clear liquid. The product contains antioxidants (excluding BHT) and is characterized by low content of sodium and potassium. The product has a hydroxyl value at 25 ° C in the range 330-360 mgKOH / g and has a dynamic viscosity of 250-310 mPas.

Rokopol G441 is used as a raw material for the production of two-component adhesives and a non-standard raw material for the production of single-component foams (OCF), assembly foams and foaming adhesives. This polyol is characterized by excellent cross-linking properties, and as an addition in the one-component foam formulation it increases the stiffness, viscosity of the prepolymer and shortens the foam cutting time. With the use of Rokopol G441, other polyether polyols and appropriately selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents) it is possible to produce one-component foam with excellent properties. The product is also used as an additive in the production of rigid foams. Due to its exceptional properties, the product is widely used in the construction industry.

Main application advantages of Rokopol G441:

  • the possibility of producing one-component foam with a density in the range of 10-30 kg / m3 and a hardness in the range of 10-45 kPa,
  • due to its low molecular weight and proper structure, it is a product of high hydrophilicity, which ensures improved transport of moisture in the foam and reduces foam cutting time to below 25 minutes,
  • low content of sodium and potassium enables longer service life – up to 24 months,
  • the product is characterized by a limited tendency to yellowing, which allows its longer storage.

The most common applications of Rokopol G441:

  • the product is mainly intended for the production of winter foams, but it is also possible to apply it in all-season foams,
  • used mainly in the construction industry for the production of mounting foams for windows, doors, culvert pipes, rings, wires and cables,
  • the product can be used as a foaming adhesive for Styrofoam and window sills,
  • used for the production of polyurethane adhesives and sealants.

Products manufactured on the basis of Rokopol G441 are characterized by very high quality. Thanks to the refined production process, the product is characterized by excellent parameters and a wide range of applications.
