Rokopol G441 is a glycerine-based polyether polyol (polyoxyalkylene triol) in the form of a homogeneous, clear liquid. The product contains antioxidants (excluding BHT) and is characterized by low content of sodium and potassium. The product has a hydroxyl value at 25 ° C in the range 330-360 mgKOH / g and has a dynamic viscosity of 250-310 mPas.
Rokopol G441 is used as a raw material for the production of two-component adhesives and a non-standard raw material for the production of single-component foams (OCF), assembly foams and foaming adhesives. This polyol is characterized by excellent cross-linking properties, and as an addition in the one-component foam formulation it increases the stiffness, viscosity of the prepolymer and shortens the foam cutting time. With the use of Rokopol G441, other polyether polyols and appropriately selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents) it is possible to produce one-component foam with excellent properties. The product is also used as an additive in the production of rigid foams. Due to its exceptional properties, the product is widely used in the construction industry.
