Description

Rokopol LDB12000D is a specialized high molecular weight diol (PPG) used for the production of silylated polyetherols. The product is a homogeneous clear liquid containing antioxidants (excluding BHT). It maintains low viscosity of about 4000-8000 mPas at 25 ° C, with high functionality f~ 2 and high hydroxyl value 9-11 mgKOH / g.

Rokopol LDB12000D is a product characterized by low degree of unsaturation and low content of volatile organic compounds (VOC). Due to its structure and properties, the product can be used for the production of silicone polyetherols in glues, sealants and foam-adhesives. Nevertheless, polyurethane applications for the production of inks for contact with food are also important.

The main application advantages of Rokopol LDB12000D:

  • the possibility of using in a wide range of applications,
  • low degree of unsaturation and low VOC content,
  • excellent adhesion to the substrate, flexibility and chemical resistance.

The most common applications of Rokopol LDB12000D:

  • production of polyurethane printing inks,
  • adhesives and polyurethane sealants,
  • production of specialist foam-adhesives.

Products made on the basis of Rokopol LDB12000D are of the highest quality. Thanks to the refined production process, this polyol has excellent parameters in each application.

Properties and applications:

  • used for the production of adhesives and elastomers;
  • very high quality of the final product due to the physicochemical properties of the polyol;
  • it is characterized by low degree of unsaturation and low content of volatile organic compounds (VOC);
  • used for the production of printing inks;
  • the product can be used in the food industry;
