Rokopol LDB4000D is a specialized high molecular weight diol (PPG), used for the production of 1K and 2K adhesives and other polyurethane materials in reaction with isocyanate. The product is in the form of a homogeneous clear liquid containing antioxidants (excluding BHT). It retains viscosity about 1000-1400 mPas at 25°C with high functionality f ~ 2 and hydroxyl value 26-29 mgKOH / g.
Rokopol LDB4000D is a product characterized by low content of metal ions. Due to its structure and properties, the product can be used for the production of 1K and 2K adhesives as well as sealants, elastomers and PUR polyurethane coatings. Rokopol LDB4000D is a diol with low reactivity, very low content of metal ions which positively affects the stability of produced prepolymers. The antioxidant used in the product ensures that it can be considered for the production of food contact materials. The main application advantages of Rokopol LDB4000D:
