Rokopol M5000 is a polyether polyol produced in KOH technology. The product is in the form of a homogeneous, clear liquid. The product contains antioxidants (excluding BHT) and is characterized by high purity and low emission. The product has a hydroxyl value at 25 ° C in the range of 35-37 mgKOH / g and has a dynamic viscosity of 700-900 mPas.
Rokopol M5000 can be used for the production of highly flexible polyurethane foams using a continuous type system (slabstock) or batch production, as well as for the production of moulded foams. With the use of Rokopol M5000, reactive polymer polyols and appropriately selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents) it is possible to produce blocks of highly flexible foam with a rectangular cross-section and height up to 100cm. Thanks to its excellent parameters, the product can be widely used in the furniture industry for the production of mattresses and upholstered furniture. Main application advantages of Rokopol M5000:
