Description
Rokopol M6010® is a polyether polyol manufactured in the KOH technology. The product has a form of transparent, clear liquid, possibly opalescent. The product contains BHT free antioxidants and is marked by high purity and low emission. The product hydroxyl value is in the range of 27-29 mg KOH/g with dynamic viscosity of 1050 – 1250 mPas at the temperature of 25°C. Rokopol M6010® may be used for production of highly flexible polyurethane foams in the continuous (slabstock) or periodical (batch) manufacturing system systems, as well as for foam moulding production. By means of the MH6000 polyol, reactive polymeric polyols and an appropriate selection of additives, (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents) it is possible to produce blocks of highly flexible slabstock foam with the rectangular section and the height up to 100 cm. Based on its excellent parameters the product may be widely used in the furniture industry for production of mattresses and comfort furniture, as the comfort material. Main application advantages of Rokopol M6010®: Possibility of producing foams with density from 25 to 80 kg/m3, hardness range of 1-5kPa and flexibility up to 55%; The use of the product enables manufacturing foam with the breaking strength above 60 kPa and the relative tensile strength up to 80%; Possibility of using the polyol with reactive polymeric polyols in order to: increase the foam hardness, eliminate the cold-flow effect and increase the slab height; Most frequent applications of Rokopol M6010®: Used for production of flexible foams and high resilience foams (HR); The polyol is used in the furniture industry for production mattresses and cushions; The product is used in the automotive industry for production of cockpits, headliners, seats, headrests, and bumpers; The product is also used for soundproofing; Products made based on Rokopol M6010 are of very high quality. Thanks to the optimally developed manufacturing process this polyol is distinguished by very good parameters and a wide range of possible applications.
