Rokopol® MH2000

Rokopol MH2000 can be used for the production of highly-flexible polyurethane foams with a continuous system (slabstock), periodic production (batch) and for the production of moulded foams (moulding). With the use of Rokopol MH2000, reactive polymer polyols and appropriately selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents) it is possible to produce blocks of highly-flexible foam with a rectangular cross-section and height of up to 120 cm.

Due to its increased functionality, the polyol prevents the effect of trapezoidation of the foam during seasoning, making it possible to reduce the level of wasted material to a minimum. Thanks to its excellent parameters, the product can be widely used in the furniture industry for the production of mattresses and other furniture.

Main application advantages of Rokopol MH2000:

• the possibility of producing foams with densities from 21 to 80 kg / m3 at hardness intervals from 1 – 5kPa and flexibility up to 65%,
• application of the product ensures the production of foam with a tensile strength of over 60 kPa and elongation at break up to 80%,
• the product can be used together with other polymeric polyols to optimize features such as foam hardness, open-cells and elongation at break,
• the product is used as the main polyol for the production of super-soft, highly flexible foams with densities: 22 – 28 kg / m3.

The most common applications of Rokopol MH2000:

•  production of flexible foams and standard foams with various parameters,
•  in the furniture industry: production of mattresses and pillows,
•  in the automotive industry: production of car seats.

Products manufactured on the basis of Rokopol MH2000 are characterized by very high quality. Thanks to the refined production process, this polyol has excellent parameters and is widely used in the furniture industry.
