Description
Rokopol vTec8050 is a polyether polyol in the form of a homogeneous, free from mechanical impurities liquid that can opalesce. The product contains antioxidants (excluding BHT) and is characterized by high purity and low emission. Rokopol vTec8050 has a hydroxyl value at 25 ° C in the range of 190 -210 mgKOH / g and a dynamic viscosity in the range of 350-600 mPas at 25 ° C. Rokopol vTec8050 can be used for the production of viscoelastic polyurethane foams with a continuous system (slabstock) and batch production (batch). With the use of Rokopol vTec8050 and appropriately selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents) it is possible to produce blocks of viscoelastic foam with a rectangular section and height up to 70 cm. Thanks to its excellent parameters, the product can be widely used in the furniture industry for the production of mattresses and pillows. The main application advantages of Rokopol vTec8050: the possibility of producing foams with densities from 40 to 70 kg / m3 and hardness ranges from 1.2-6kPa, application of the product ensures the production of foam with a tensile strength exceeding 80 kPa and an elongation at break above 60%, foam recovery time 1-10 s, the possibility of producing foams with an open and closed cell structure, excellent parameters of permanent deformation enable high foam compression during transport, excellent shape of the foam block at a height of up to 60 cm, the possibility of producing foams with increased hardness, used in the automotive and medical industries. The most common applications of Rokopol vTec8050: production of viscoelastic polyurethane foams, in the furniture industry: production of mattresses and pillows, production of gel foams. Products made on the basis of Rokopol vTec8050 are characterized by very high quality. Thanks to the refined production process, this polyol has excellent parameters and a wide range of applications.
